Short version: this website uses no cookies and no trackers. If you get in touch, your details are used only to reply and to work with you.

Who we are

This website is run by KYNTHOS PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Kynthos”, “we”). We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What this website collects

  • No cookies, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party fonts or embeds. Nothing on this site follows you to other websites.
  • Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures page speed without cookies and without identifying you.
  • One setting in your browser. If you switch on “calm mode”, your browser remembers that choice locally. It is never sent to us.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. We use these only to reply to you, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We don’t sell personal data or use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
  • Google Workspace — to receive and store email.

These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don’t lead to work: deleted two years after our last contact.
  • Client records: kept for five years after the engagement ends, as business and tax records require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to use it. Write to our Data Protection Officer and we’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can — normally within 30 days.
